Banana Nut Protein Muffins

Here’s what you’ll need to get these little devils going…

Dry ingredients:

2 Scoops of Formulx Natural Recovery Vanilla protein powder.
3/4 Tsp of Baking Soda
1/2 Tsp of Sea Salt
3/4 Tsp of Almond Flour
1/4 Cup Coconut Flour
1/2 Cup Pecans
1/2 Cup Enjoy Life Chocolate Chips

Wet ingredients:

2 Tbls Coconut Oil
3 Eggs
3 Ripe bananas
1/4 cup Coconut Sugar

Directions:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

First, mix wet ingredients together. Then gather dry ingredients, mix them together and then fold into the mixed wet ingredients. Line muffin tray and fill 3/4 of the way full. Bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.

Makes about 12 delicious muffins. Pair with a tall glass of Almond Milk.
